Volunteer of the Month
Kaitlyn
Kaitlyn not only volunteers her time for large shelter projects and large events but also opens her heart and home as a wonderful foster home. Kaitlyn and her family have fostered about 30 animals for TCRAS, and have allowed them to thrive in a home before their adoption. It is volunteers like Kaitlyn who help us complete our mission of fostering hope and new beginnings, and she is an invaluable member of our TCRAS community.
Thank you, Kaitlyn!

How to Get Started
1. Fill out the volunteer application to let us know you are interested in becoming a volunteer.
2. Attend a New Volunteer Orientation. Our Volunteer Coordinator will reach out and let you know when the next available orientation will be.
3. Come into the shelter and get some one-on-one time to become comfortable with working in your area or event.
Our next volunteer orientation is January 10th at 10:00 am at the TCRAS CARE House.

Become a Foster
Fostering animals allows that animal to grow in a home before they find their forever home. TCRAS will give foster homes the supplies they need, we just ask you to love and care for them. When an animal is in a foster home, it helps them have the hope for a new beginning, and allows other animals in need to have hope as well.

Volunteer at TCRAS
Calling all animal lovers!
Here at TCRAS we have 100+ active volunteers and are always looking for people to add to our community. We have many different ways you can volunteer to help us continue our mission, Fostering Hope and New Beginnings. We could not support the 1,000 animals that come through our doors each year without our volunteers and we are so excited you are interested in volunteering with us.
