Flan is a 10 month old mini cow purchased from a local ranch and newly added rescue.
Campaign Promise
Flan promises to be the cutest cow mayor you have ever seen and eat all your cow treats.
Personality
Flan is not your typical mini cow. She is very friendly and personable. I'm sure she'd come into the house if allowed.
Favorite Activities
Taste testing cow treats (for quality assurance of course), getting pets with scratches and walking on her halter
